Gifting
Never pressure, guilt or bait viewers into gifting, and don't promise anything gifts can't deliver — no fake goals, no off-platform payment redirection, no gifting on behalf of someone else's card. Gifting to circumvent a ban or to launder funds results in reversal and account action.
24/7 rooms
A room that stays open all day is still moderated all day. Owners are responsible for appointing enough moderators, setting slow mode when needed, and keeping the room's stated purpose accurate.
Be real, be original
Post your own work or clearly credit collaborators. Impersonation, engagement farming and coordinated inauthentic behaviour are removed.
No harassment or hate
Targeted abuse, threats, doxxing and hateful content based on protected characteristics are not allowed anywhere on TalksThat, including live chat and DMs.
Safety first
No content that promotes self-harm, dangerous challenges, or violent extremism. Sexual content involving minors is reported to the relevant authorities and results in a permanent ban.
Honest commerce
Marketplace listings must describe real products accurately. No counterfeit goods, no misleading pricing, no prohibited items.
Reporting and enforcement
Every video, comment, profile, room, message and listing has a report action. Reports go to the moderation queue where staff review them and can remove content, warn, restrict or ban accounts.
Appeals
If you think a decision was wrong, reply to the moderation notice in your activity feed and a human reviews it again.
