TalksThat

Community Guidelines

Applies to videos, comments, live rooms, messages, gifts and listings

Our standard

TalksThat has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. These rules apply everywhere on the platform, including live chat and private messages.

Be real and original

Post your own work or credit collaborators. No impersonation, fake engagement, spam or coordinated inauthentic behaviour. Only use music and media you have the rights to.

No harassment, bullying or hate

No targeted abuse, threats, doxxing, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.

No sexual or exploitative content

No nudity or sexually explicit content. Any content sexualising minors is removed, the account permanently banned and reported to the authorities.

No violence or dangerous acts

No graphic violence, violent extremism, promotion of self-harm or suicide, dangerous challenges, or sale of weapons, drugs or other prohibited goods.

Honest gifting and commerce

Never pressure or mislead viewers into gifting, redirect payments off-platform, or misuse someone else's payment method. Marketplace listings must describe real products accurately; no counterfeits or misleading prices.

Live rooms

Hosts and their moderators are responsible for their rooms and can hide messages, time out or ban viewers, and turn guest cameras and microphones off. Rooms open 24/7 are moderated 24/7.

Report and block

Every video, comment, profile, live room, message and listing has a Report option, and you can block any account from its profile so it can no longer contact you or see your content.

Enforcement

Our moderation team reviews reports and acts on objectionable content within 24 hours — removing content, issuing warnings, restricting features or permanently banning accounts. Automated safety checks also hide clearly harmful messages.

Appeals

If you believe a decision was wrong, reply to the moderation notice in your notifications or email support@talksthat.com, and a person will review it again.
