Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Agreement

By using TalksThat you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you use the iPhone app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country), and old enough to form a contract for purchases. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Your content

You own what you post. You give TalksThat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and distribute it to operate and promote the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including music, and that it follows our Community Guidelines.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Users can report content and block other users at any time.

Coins

Coins are a limited licence to use virtual items on TalksThat, such as gifts. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or resold, and do not expire. Purchases are final except where required by law or the store's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove the corresponding coins.

TalksThat Plus subscription

TalksThat Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription ($9.99 per month in the US; local prices are shown before purchase). In the iPhone app, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Gifts and creator earnings

Gifts support creators and are final. TalksThat keeps a platform share and credits the remainder to the creator's balance. A creator balance is a record of earnings, not a bank account; payouts require identity verification with our payment processor and may be held during disputes, chargebacks or investigations.

Marketplace

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, fulfilment and legal compliance. Physical goods are paid by card through our payment processor. Return and refund options are shown on each order.

AI tools

AI-generated outputs are provided as previews for you to review. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

Prohibited conduct

No illegal activity, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, scams, spam, impersonation, infringing content, or attempts to break or misuse the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TalksThat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may update these Terms and will tell you in the app about material changes. Questions: support@talksthat.com.
